We are situated in a great location!
The Old Bakery is a hub of creativity. A bit like a 'rabbit warren', it is a collection of businesses, artists, craftspeople, a coffee bar and even an events space.
All housed in an historic building by the river in Cornwall's capital city of Truro.
It's a beautiful location, with the ebbing and flowing of the tidal river, and all the wildlife it supports, making us feel far from a city centre location.

The studio itself has a loft feel. Exposed beams and industrial features give a hint of the buildings past. Mirrored walls, underfloor heating and a compliment of profession Pilates equipment create the comfortable, fresh and professional Pilates experience that a modern studio should deliver.
Studio Hire
Studio Hire for Teaching or Personal Practice (qualified and trainee teachers only)
Ad Hoc Hire
£25 per hour
(Book and pay for what you need as and when you need. Refunds and reschedules ok with 12hours notice)
Monthly Commitment
(specific times/dates booked and paid monthly in advance, no refunds, reschedules with strict 24 hours notice are ok subject to availability, sessions can't be carried over to the next month)
1 Hour sessions
4-7 per month : £16 per hour
8-11 per month : £15 per hour
12-15 per month : £14 per hour
16-19 per month : £13 per hour
20+ per month : £12.50 per hour
40+ per month : £11.50 per hour
All hire bookings will have the option of a 15 minute before and after wrap around to allow you time to arrive before your session start time and finish without feeling rushed i.e.
1 hour hire is 15+60+15=90 mins,
Studio Kit
6 Airex Mats, Gratz Reformer, Balanced Body Allegro Reformer (with Konnector), Stott Cadillac, Peak Wall Unit, Baby Chair, Centreline Chair, High/Low Split pedalCombo Chair, Ladder barrel, Small Barrels, Spine corrector, Spine Support, Ped o pull, Neck Stretcher, Foot Corrector, Toe Gizmo, other bits and bobs.
